Please note all orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched from our warehouse on Saturday or Sunday.

How much will it cost to ship my item within Australia?

We offer flat rate shipping of $10

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

We do not deliver to PO boxes only residential or commercial physical addresses

Can I get weekend delivery?

Sorry we only deliver Monday-Friday

Who is your shipping provider?

We use various courier services depending on your location such as Couriers Please, Border Express, TNT and Fastway. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Do you ship overseas?

Sorry, we currently only deliver to addresses in Australia.

Can I get track and trace?

Once you have placed your order we'll send you a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time your order is sent.

Will I need to sign for my parcel?

Yes, someone will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.

What will happen if I am not home when the courier calls?

The courier will leave a card with their contact details. You will need to ring the courier company to arrange a convenient date for re-delivery of your parcel. If the courier was unable to deliver your parcel after a certain period of time, it will be returned to us. We will require an additional delivery fee prior to resending your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

On average, couriers will deliver:

  • Metro: 1-3 working days
  • Regional: 3-7 working days (up to 10 days in remote/rural areas)

This is not a guarantee and should only be used as a guideline.
